The Bridal Barn - A Perfect Setting For an Outdoor Wedding in the UK

Wedding photography in Wolverhampton is quite new to us, but oh man it did not disappoint. Alex and Georgie got married at the Bridal Barn in Wolverhampton back in June last year. Their wedding ceremony can only be described as ‘ultimate fairytale woodland vibes’, offering the most stunning panoramic views of the countryside surrounding the venue. The rest of the day took place in the barn itself and the dedicated tipi that connects to it. A live folk band and bingo set the scene for the most heartwarming and loving day. Georgie and Alex were clearly surrounded by people who absolutely adore them and love them through and through.

Outdoor weddings are clearly a favourite of ours if you’ve looked through our work - weddings in the woods, even more so! The Bridal Barn has a dedicated ceremony space in its woodlands that is elevated, offering panoramic views of the countryside. They have added lovely rustic touches that complement the space such as their chunky wooden benches and their custom, handmade wooden arches at the front and rear. It literally looked like something out of a fairytale.

A Perfect Summer Barn Wedding In The UK

Planning a summer wedding in the UK comes with obvious challenges - the British weather! Alex and Georgie really lucked out as it was a scorching hot June day. That being said, The Bridal Barn also boasts some stunning indoor spaces so you are covered no matter the weather. The barn itself is divided in to three separate sections. There is a dedicated bar too and the adjoining tipi structure means you never have to step out in to the rain if it is pouring it down. Alex and Georgie didn’t hold back when it was time for some group photos, and soaked up all the love as they walked down their confetti aisle.

It would have been silly not to make the most of the beautiful scenery surrounding The Bridal Barn, so when the sun was setting off to the fields we all went! Alex and Georgie started by sharing some private vows to each other back where they had their wedding ceremony. Then we played in the fields, making use of every last bit of sunlight. Blissful.
